What's YOSA? 
       
       As you may have noticed above, YOSA stands for Youth of South Asia.
This organization coordinated by students is the most entertaining and multicultural 
committee at Milliken Mills High School. 
      We provide loads of stimulation and diversity throughout the entire school year by 
presenting various events. This year included YOSA's Mela,Garba and Spirit Week booths. Both 
events were great successes. Numerous activities were arranged including cultural food preparations, 
dances, music, fashion shows, contests, scholarships and much much more!
      YOSA not only possesses an Exec, but encourages general members to come out and 
contribute their motivation, participation, and enthusiasm as well! Being a part of YOSA is
a great opportunity to raise your level of confidence by meeting new individuals and expressing
new ideas. Also, you can perform your hidden talents at the year-end show which usually occurs 
around mid-May.
     So what are you waiting for!?! The next time you hear the annoucements mentioning YOSA, 
listen up and join our committee! It's never too late! You just need to be a Milliken student. That's
